My favorite coffee shop drink is Mocha. This is a good at-home version.
Tassimo -- Can you create a new version including caramel espresso? That way I can have a caramel mocha. People would love it!

I purchased the Bosch T55 system today as a replacement for an older machine, and a package of this Gevalia Mocha to try for the first time. I was quite surprised by the taste. I'm not a big coffee adventurer so I wasn't sure that I was going to like it but now I think I found a new favorite! I experimented a little with my second cup and added about an ounce of chocolate milk and that flavor is just Deluxe!

I was very interested when I saw these mocha coffee cups on the tassimo website and ordered it right away, but when I actually tried it, I have to say I was underwhelmed. It tasted to me like plain water-hotchocolate with some espresso in it. Not sure what I was expecting, but I wanted more of a taste than this. I would not say that it's bad, but it is just not interesting enough of a taste, I really can't seem finish a cup of it before I get bored of it.

I love this coffee, but I wish that you could just order the chocolate mocha by itself or offer it in decafe. I like to use decafe expresso and now I have boxes of regular expresso just sitting in my cupboard. I add the foaming cream to each cup because I like the milky taste in mine.

I prefer decaf too! I buy the Suchard hot chocolate and decaf espresso separately. After I make the hot chocolate I just put in a decaf espresso pod and Voila! I also add a squirt of whipped cream and stir. This gives me the creaminess I want.

I really enjoyed this one the first time but my second cup was awful. It had a severe burnt flavor and was immediately tossed down the drain. The burnt flavor hung around in my mouth for hours. I did try another package a few days later and it was good. I hope this is not going to be a hit or miss issue through out the whole package. If it is I will not take the chance again with this brand.

I tried this new mocha and I simply love it!. I like coffee and a hint of chocolate. I did have to add a bit more coffee creamer because the expresso was so strong but very good tasting. I love the sweetness. Very good product.

My husband is big on chocolate. I like chocolate but not in my coffee. We both tried this and didn't like it. We both agree that it's way too chocolaty. I added more steamed milk in mine to dilute it a bit and still tasted like I was drinking chocolate milk. I didn't taste much of the coffee at all (even before I added more milk). Like I said, I'm not a fan of mocha's in general but my husband is and he didn't like it either.

I'm not much of a mocha drinker. I tried the dunkin donuts and starbucks ones but they tend to taste bitter. I decided to try this one just to get a variety of things to try with my new machine. I have to say this may be my favorite weekend drink. I first used a cappuccino creamer, then the mocha, and finally the espresso. I gave it a little stir and topped it with whipped cream. Absolutely yummy :) I see other reviews do not like it as much but with the cappuccino creamer its really good.

Can't even begin to say how much we disliked this one. It's not frothy or creamy, like a mocha you'd buy in a coffee house. It's basically just dumping watery chocolate syrup.

My daughter loves it!!! I ordered 1 package for us to try, and immediately ordered another 2 packages! It's a bit too much chocolate for my taste, but my daughter added a creamer with hers, and simply ADORES it!! She normally drinks the Milka Hot Chocolate or Simply a morning blend, but this!! It's the best of both worlds for her!!!
Also, since she's a teacher, it gives her a pick me up before classes!
This is our first Tassimo and we LOVE IT!

I didn't like the mocha on its own but then I took one of the foaming milk creamers and added it to the chocolate syrup and espresso and got a wonderful mocha drink, and it filled my 12oz travel mug.! Yumm...

This is by far my favorite Tassimo coffee. It's rich with chocolate flavor and the coffee kicks in with an after punch. I will be making this a regular delivery at my home.

I don't believe it's too sweet. C'mon it's chocolate! I think the chocolate and the espresso come together and create a perfect blend. I haven't cared too much for other "chocolatey" disc but this one is really good.

I really love this one, so bummed it was on backorder. Some people think it's too sweet, but it's perfect. I love it with a little whip cream on top and when I'm feeling really sassy I put a little chocolate syrup on the top too!!!

Combine this with a Maestro Lorenzo espresso extra bold or a Carte Noire Ristretto espresso and you have a great mocha. The extra kick of the double espresso shot (gevalia and the other) is just what it should be like.

I love chocolate! But this is over the top chocolatey. I love the caramel which has been out of stock for months so i bought this when it finally came in. Even my kids who have a big sweet tooth think its too sweet. I have to add a latte milk creamer to it to make it bearable, but that is too big for a mug with the espresso which I can't even taste over the chocolate. Not for me.
