I don't usually drink straight shots of espresso but I definitely could with this. I use it to make a cappuccino by brewing it directly into frothed 2% milk. Wow, is it good and the flavor outstanding. This is strong but not bitter. It is very well rounded and solid. There are no harsh off notes. This tastes like the coffee that I had and liked in Europe. It tastes much better than Starbucks to me.
If anyone out there is on the fence, switch to Tassimo over Keurig. I did and haven't looked back. It is built better, more reliable and brews a superior cup of coffee. I could have never got a cup of coffee this good from my old Keurigs.

When just about everything was on backorder right after the recall, I bought this espresso, but I put it to the side and never brewed it. Well, I was looking through my coffee t discs and saw the package an made cappuccino. I love it! I thought I would, because I like the crema. It's nice and strong with a beautiful aroma. I use caramel ice cream topping in it and it's simply devine. Everyone I make this for loves it. You won't be disappointed.

This is the one we've been waiting for, tastes just like Starbucks! In fact, after going to Starbucks over the weekend I realized I prefer Mastro Lorenzo. I was really dissappointed with Gevalia and had it only out of desperation, very happy to have Mastro Lorenzo available now.

I was swayed by all the glowing reviews for Tim Horton, so I ordered it on my last auto-shipment. It doesn't hold a candle to Mastro Lorenzo. It's not bad, but compared to M.Lorenzo, it tasted sort of muddy. I won't be tempted again to switch. This reminds me of the wonderful coffees we had in Italy.

This is a true Italian espresso and my wife’s favorite. But how can one company (Kraft) continually screw up their inventory? In the span of a week, this product was out of stock, in stock, then out again. It’s been like this since we bought our machine over a year ago. Someone needs to take an inventory management class as 15 months of poor inventory is too long for my patience. Inventory control has not gotten any better over time. Does Kraft care?

This is hands down the BEST espresso tassimo has. I have to hide it from my family otherwise it won't last a week in the house. Very rich full flavor. No bitterness, yet very strong. Warning: you must love real Italian style espresso to drink this.

Compared to Gevalia espresso, this one is better. I usually have my espresso with sugar, so I prefer this one. Smells great and I cant wait to order more! Havent been able to find this at local retailer.

The best espresso I tried from tassimo. I made my own steam milk for latte and cappucino. It beats starbuck. This is way stronger and more flavorful. You can even run the disc twice and make a bigger cup, without watering it down.

Trying the new machine with multiple selections, I stumbled on this with a Cappuccino milk from the King of Joe Capp, as a smoother and bolder capp than with the King. I really like it, so much so that I go sans sugar. That says a lot for me. It is just plain smooth, warm, perfect bold flavor and just right around the edges. Note, I do give it a brief stir to balance out the otherwise milky flavor. Great combo, want to see this as a cappuccino offering asap!!! This brings peace to my morning here in Afghanistan. In fact, I like it so much I have a difficult time not drinking three through out the day and now I am out and waiting for my order to arrive.
I have been mixing and matching King of Joe, Jacobs and Mastro Intenso with the capp and latte milks from the King Capp and Latte Mac and the Intenso/Capp wins. The Latte milk makes a mildly sweeter drink, but has a slight odd taste to it and is less smooth.

I added a little milk or creamer and it tasted just like a coffee shoppe. It's a little more bitter tasting than I normally like, but still good.

Rich, deep flavor without bitterness. The Carte Noire Ristretto is quite reasonable, but this one is a cut above. Excellent with just a touch of sugar. Transports me to a coffee shop in Padua, Italy.

I wanted to get away from the Gevalia Capuccino duo as I did not care for their Espresso by itself at all.
After checking out the other available brands and comparing the reviews of this brand and the Carte Noir, I settled on the Masto Lorenzo.
Wow! What a wonderful improvement. Not bitter like the Gevalia , but smooth and enjoyable with creamer or without. ;)
I plan on purchasing many more of this brand.

I can't get enough of it & will always brew 2 or 3 cups at once. If you love a strong, robust, flavorful expresso coffee, then you want this one! Be sure to save some for me though!

Why does everyone compare Tassimo drinks to Starbucks?..some of us never were slaves to them..ppl act like they are the end all, be all to compare coffee products to as if they are the bar we are to use to determine if this or that brand compares.....please..they just took it over, not invented it..lol Ask any other italian. ;)
