I got hooked on Carte Noire Classic during my recent trip to France. I think the Corsé is even better. Three little cups of this really gives you a jolt in the morning.

I was sort of looking for a cup of coffee, this is like an expresso, only weaker. The taste is good, lighter but the same 2 sips and it's gone. I guess I should have read the details a little better. I think expresso, with a little more water would taste the same only with 3 sips.

This is an unbelievable coffee and it's the best I've had from a single-serve coffee machine so far. The flavor is so rich, with a bittersweet chocolate undertone, and the crema is delightful. I prefer this one over the Classic version, but that one is also a very good cuppa. I wish Tassimo would sell this, along with all of the other European varieties in stores instead of just online.

Great taste, great crema, almost as creamy as an espresso...
This brews up hot, but I am able to drink it right away...
It dispenses about a double shot of espresso... See Picture...I actually remembered to upload one this time...
I will buying this one again as my coffee selection to have on hand - this from an espresso drinker.

Had Voluptuoso corse during my last trip to france .
Taste as good as carte noir over there, carte noir is for me one of the best coffee in the world.
for espresso , i know a better brand in the US for coffee machines .

When paired with regular milk Voluptuoso Corse becomes the ultimate coffee! It's almost like a premium latte with double shot of espresso.
I like my coffee strong so it is also great as is.

I sipped some of this last night out of a Tassimo Bormioli mug and it was a life altering experience. OK, maybe not life altering but it was unlike any coffee experience I’ve ever had. The flavor and the aroma played together so nicely. The flavor slowly built as to not overtake your taste buds. Then it passed through to a nice lingering finish that leaves you excited for the next sip. This isn’t a coffee you want to chug so take your time with it, you’ll be glad you did.

I really like the Voluptuoso Classic and had even higher hopes for this one but it just misses the mark on flavor. I really like the mouth feel, aroma and the strength of flavor but the overall taste profile is too harsh and lacks the smooth profile of the Classic.

The product description is a lie. It makes 4oz! The package says 120ml. The flavor is strong (yay), but bitter too (bleck).

This coffee/espresso is amazing! After reading other reviews I expected that it would be more like an espresso than a coffee. It is definitely smaller and richer like an espresso but somehow much more frothy and delicious. I always HOLD FOR MORE water at the end of the cycle (for exactly 7 seconds) and by doing so it creates an even fuller froth at the top. It is such a treat in the middle of the day. I also use a splash of Heavy Cream to make it even more indulgent. YUM!

After drinking C.N. Voluptuoso for a couple of years and counting it among my favorites, I have tried the Corsé and am delighted. It has less hint of chocolate than its mate, but it is very smooth and strong. It can be used to make a fine Latte and even "extended" to a "Lungo" without a loss of flavor.

My favorite, daily coffee has always been the Voluptuoso Classic, until we recently visited France and saw the Corse, (and Carte Noire Expresso Ristretto, see my other review). The Corse is my favorite coffee to drink mid afternoon, it's full bodied, aromatic, strong, but not bitter at all! If you want to have coffee and feel like you're sitting in a side cafe on the Promenades Anglais in Nice France, have a cup of Corse, and you'll know what I mean. In one word: it's WONDERFUL!
So glad Tassimo USA brought this here!!

I used two pods, instead of one because one made an expresso serving. I used the new Natural Bliss by Coffe-Mate for a little flavoring. I can definitely taste the coarseness-whereby it gets its' name. However,in this instance, that's a good thing. It adds to the coffee intensity. I felt like I was drinking a coffee bean. Yum!

I love my machine and the Voluptuoso Corse so much I took it with me on my annual trip back home to Pennsylvania! I can't even imagine drinking stale hotel coffee even again. I love my Tassimo
