works exactly as expected as a creamer. it foams up nicely and tastes as expected. the only difference between the cappuccino creamer and the latte creamer is the bar code on the latte creamer adjusts the water level to brew more. you can achieve this simply by pressing the plus button before you brew.

Ever since the switch to this creamer, the last fourth of the cream stays in the container, so you have to take it out of the coffee maker and hold it over your cup and let the rest drip into the cup. Its not a machine problem, since I know someone else having the same problem and see it in other reviews. I've shaken the pod before using it, but it makes no difference. The creamer itself makes a great latte, so no issues with the product, just the delivery system.

Press the button for few more seconds (add more water) to rinse it out. You don't need to add a lot so your coffee doesn't get watered down.

as i say, with any instant product, dont have to high of expextations. its not to bad, i like when i get to the end of my drink becasue most of it ends up on the bottom, and its a nice way to end my drink.

I didn't have a chance to taste the previous creamer before the recall. I do know when I first got my machine I loved the creamer with my cafe' mocha's. Now I can't get all the cream out of the container. I have cleaned the machine over and over and it still keeps messing up. I have not had this problem with the hot chocolate, chocolate mocha, etc. It's just the creamer. I finally got disgusted and purchased another machine today and guess what happened? There was still cream left in the container. I am going to give it one week and if it still happens then they can have both machines back.

This product does not foam, which is essential to a cappuccino. The product does not even fill my small sized mug.
Product development needs to try a Starbucks cappuccino to realize what it be like.

Wow, sorry to hear about your bad experience - the creamers I bought January 2013 foamed just fine and tasted fine! I'm about to order more. Since there seems to have been a flurry of disappointed buyers recently, I wonder if there was a bad batch? Hopefully the new ones I'm ordering will be as good as my last batch. I'll let you know!

Too bad this is the only cappuccino creamer option. It used to be a lot frothier. I can help this along if I shake the disk vigorously for over a minute. Still, I think it's a formula issue. So I'm resigned to drinking latte.

I completely agree! They used to have the latte creamers that were excellent! I don't like the cappuccino one at all but I have no choice!

There is another milk creamer its called semi sweet latte i believe i bought from here last month and now its not here very disappointed i will just go by creamer at the store when i run out i was planning on buying alot of the semi sweet creamer but o well

Not sure why this is. The smell is off & the taste is as well. The after taste it leaves is awful. I cleaned the machine & it still taste & smells the same.
The others lattes I use are coming out perfect. This one just has a weird smell & taste. Just Nasty!

I love that the cappuccino creamer is available separately. I also like the it is unsweetened milk so it is very versatile. I like to brew my coffee, add a splash of Nestle flavored Coffeemate, and then add one of these creamers to it. Makes one amazing 22oz. cappuccino! I also like to dump my favorite package of powdered hot chocolate into my mug, use the cleaning disc to add the right amount of hot water, and then add one of the creamers. Makes a nice creamy hot chocolate! This creamer keeps me and the kids very happy! I highly recommend it!

I didn't mean to say "unsweetened milk" as it does contain sugar, but what I meant was that it doesn't taste sweet. It is very mellow.

This creamer not only tastes "off" or funny, but it doesn't smell good either. The smell makes it really difficult to enjoy a nice cappuccino.
I don't know what happened - these used to taste (and smell) fine. When will Tassimo fix this problem???? You can see from the other reviews that this has been ongoing all year!
I'm looking into a frother so I can froth my own real milk and I'll just use the Tassimo to brew the espresso.

I too found the taste to be off & smell funny as well. Thought it was the machine, ran several cleaning through the machine & made my usual Vanilla latte & it was perfect.
Used this cappuccino again & it gave off the same smell.
Won't buy this one again...Can't get rid of the after taste either...=(

My husband and I are not every day coffee drinkers, we like it occasionally along with lattes, hot chocolate cappucchino and etc.
We ordered Kenco Caffe Crema but it turned out to be a little too strong to our taste. We added this creamer and got lovely cup of Cappuccino-Creama, or whatever you want to name it. We ordering this creamer because it's frothing wonderfully and quite milky-creamy.
Of course it does not have a strength or aroma - it's Milk.
We don't use or keep at home regular milk, besides this creamer gets hot and frothy, which is much better with coffee than cold milk from the fridge.
I'm glad we can order this creamer.

My husband prefers the cappuccino cream to the latte cream. It is all he will use, except with the Chai. I am so glad that it is back in stock. He uses it with the Maxwell House and Maestro Lorenzo espressos.

I use this stuff when I'm in a hurry and folks...it tastes pretty bad. I have to sweeten the cappuccino more than I would otherwise to disguise the "off" taste of this stuff.
When I've got a little more time I do it properly with an Aerocinno and it makes for a very nice cappuccino with Gevalia espresso t-discs. It takes a few minutes longer when you factor in cleanup time though.
The Tassimo ought to make a decent tasting cappuccino with these creamer discs, but sadly it falls really short.
I still think the Tassimo is a great brewer but cannot recommend this creamer.

I thought it was my machine with the problem then realized it is the creamer. Used to love this creamer and but ever-since the recall, it lacks texture, flavor and it is plain watery and does not froth at all. What a shame. Please fix this.

I kept seeing comments on the new formula. I guess I had not gotten a package with it until my last shipment. It is so disappointing. The creamer was my favorite feature and the reason I hav 2 Tassimos instead of other types. Please fix the creamer. It is watery and doesnt' froth like it used to. Also taste different.
