I guess people have different tastes because I didn't find this latte overly sweet. I didn't have to add sugar, so it felt like the perfect blend for me. This is one of my favorite lattes for the tassimo and I will definitely continue to buy it.

I don't really know if the latte or the cappuccino are any difference, but this latte has it all. The coffee is flavorful and I love the vanilla flavor. Coffeehouses make their caramel lattes with vanilla and caramel, so I added caramel ice cream topping to it. Excellent latte! I wish I could drink a few more in a day, but I can only drink one or two. Boo Hoo!

Clearly from the reviews some people like this. But I agree with the person that says it does not even taste like coffee. I even tried adding an additional regular shot of espresso. I think the sweet latte is too sweet and tastes artifical which overpowers the coffee. For people who like a warm drink that has more of a sweet carmel than a coffee taste they may like it.

This latte has the right amount of vanilla but still maintains that delicious espresso flavor. When you first drink it, you get the combination of the vanilla flavored espresso mixed with the sweet milk. The vanilla is not overpowering and marries well with the milk. It continues most of the way through the cup. Towards the end, the espresso does fade away and it becomes a little too sweet, but this is in the last small swallow.
For the most part, I really enjoy this drink when I want something to satisfy my sweet tooth!

Don't know if I hit a bad batch, but this tastes like warm vanilla hazelnut milk. If you like that, great, but to me it's very sub par for what I expect from Tassimo.

Sooooo lattelicious!
I have been an avid contributor to Starbucks' bottom line for a long time now, and all I have to say is the Tassimo Sweet Vanilla Latte is as good, if not better than, any latte i have had hand-crafted by Starbucks' legendary baristas.

This is the best tasting so far. I will save some money on my Skinny Vanilla Lattes from Starbucks. Will save on gas too..lol

The first time I made this, it was pretty watery, and not something I would want to try again. I made it on the strong brew, and it was very good. I'm giving it 4 stars because it is not drinkable under the normal setting.

This had a very strange flavor. It was not what I was expecting compared to other vanilla coffees I have had. I would normally finish the product and just not order it again, but this might make the trash can.

I was excited with I saw that "sweet caramel" and "sweet vanilla" lattes were now available. But disappointed when I learned that the lattes were not any more sweet, than the other latte's Tassimo sells. But even though not as sweet as I had hoped, I still add my own sweetner/ syrups to make coffee house style lattes, but the flavor brewed is still delicious, with just a touch of vanilla.

I was courious as to how this coffee would taste. I personally like the vanilla flavor. I was worried it would be over done but instead found it to complement the coffee and not over power it. I also like the semi sweet milk as it adds a bit of sweetness to this type of coffee. I would recommend giving this coffee a try.

It just seems off compared to other implementations of a lattee from Tassimo.
The taste reminds me of powdered cappuccino mixes.
The foaming creamer does not foam up real well, and the milk instantly blends with the coffee so you don't get that 3 layered look of milk, coffee, and foam.
Its also a little sweet, and I usually like my coffee sweet.
Overall, I would recommend Gevalia's or Maxwell House's latte over this one.

Due to the dearth of Tassimo products these days, I have tried both of the Corner Coffeehouse Lattes. I was pleasantly surprised with respect to the Vanilla Latte. The main problem to me was how watery it tasted. I added a shot of Mastro Lorenzo Espresso to a double Latte, and the flavor was right on. Since the Cappuccino creamer is on back-order, I have a lot of extra espresso sitting around the house right now, and I will put it to good use.
